01Scope and application
These terms govern use of SitePulse at stats.wedev.bg and the relationship between the platform operator and its users. The Privacy Policy separately explains personal data processing and the Cookie Policy describes browser storage. You can read these terms before registering and save a copy using your browser’s print function.
Service enquiries, complaints and account requests can be submitted through the Contact page. Include your registered email to identify an account and a report link for a specific analysis. Do not send passwords or payment card details.
02What SitePulse provides
The platform performs automated external checks of publicly accessible web addresses. Depending on available data, reports cover performance, SEO, HTTPS and SSL certificates, security headers, technical metrics and page resources. Monitoring and WordPress integration require separate activation and the relevant access.
Results reflect observations at the time of a check. They may change after website edits or changes to the network, cache or an external provider. A partial score indicates missing sources rather than automatically poor quality.
03Registration and account responsibility
When registering, provide accurate information and an email address you can access. Protect your password and contact the operator if you suspect unauthorised access. Sign out after using a shared device.
When acting for an organisation or client, you must have the authority needed for the requested checks and submitted data. Do not impersonate others or give access to people who are not authorised to use it.
04Analyses, credits and packages
The public overview shows summary scores and a limited set of findings. Full reports provide detailed explanations and recommendations according to unlocked access. PDF downloads require sign-in and the relevant entitlement. Current prices, analysis quantities and features are shown on Pricing and before confirmation of a selected package.
An analysis package does not automatically include a subscription, monitoring, AI, team features or WordPress Pro. Such capabilities are included only when expressly listed for the chosen plan. A new analysis is a separate check and can produce different results.
05Demonstration payments
The current checkout operates in demonstration mode. No real charge is made and records labelled DEMO do not establish receipt of actual funds. Use test details only; do not enter a real card. Card numbers and CVV values are not stored in the application database.
Real payments may be offered only after a payment provider, clear supplier identification and applicable price, performance and consumer terms have been introduced. The demonstration interface is not a promise to activate any particular payment method.
06Consumer rights and complaints
For an applicable paid consumer distance contract, the law generally provides a 14-day withdrawal period. Exceptions for digital content or a fully performed service apply only when statutory requirements, including the necessary express consents and confirmations, have been met. These terms alone do not remove withdrawal rights.
For access problems, a missing report or an order dispute, send a description through Contact with the date, website address and available order reference. Applicable statutory rights concerning digital service conformity remain intact. The current DEMO checkout collects no real payment to refund.
07Acceptable use
Only submit addresses you are entitled to have technically assessed. Attempts to access private networks, bypass limits, overload systems, automate abuse, extract secrets or use the platform for attacks are prohibited. Do not include passwords, secret tokens or unnecessary personal data in submitted URLs.
Where abuse is detected, access may be restricted to the extent needed to protect the platform and third parties. Where possible without compromising security, the operator provides an explanation and a means of contact.
08Reports, recommendations and limitations
SitePulse does not guarantee search rankings, absolute security, complete accessibility or uninterrupted availability. An analysis does not replace penetration testing, a complete code audit, legal assessment or expert manual review. Firewalls, server restrictions or missing API sources may limit results.
Before applying a technical change, assess compatibility and keep a backup. AI recommendations, when enabled, are automated assistance and may contain errors. The operator’s statutory liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited.
09Content and shared links
You retain rights to data and content you lawfully provide. You grant the platform the rights needed to process them to perform the requested service. You acquire no rights to third-party websites, libraries or trademarks.
Report links contain a unique identifier. Do not publish a link if the technical information is confidential. Depending on unlocking and entitlements, access to a link may expose more than the initial free overview.
10Termination and changes
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion from Account. Requests require processing; pressing the button does not immediately erase all records. Data may be retained where needed for a legal obligation or the protection of legal claims.
Material changes to the terms are marked with a new version date and communicated appropriately where required by law. Bulgarian law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections or the right to approach a competent authority or court.
